Run by tradespeople, not a recruitment desk.
AJ Toro Weldings was founded by a working welder. The people we put on your site are tradespeople we have worked beside for years, not names pulled from a database.
We supply experienced trades to fabrication shops, builders, head contractors and plant operators across NSW. You tell us the scope, roster and start date. We confirm who is coming, send their tickets and insurance, and stay your single point of contact until the job is done.

Our three core tradespeople have known each other for over 20 years and have worked together on power station projects. They arrive on site already knowing how the others work.
Copies of tickets and licences are supplied before mobilisation. One crew member holds a current NSW High Risk Work Licence. Additional experienced tradespeople are available through our network.

Names, trades, tickets, insurance certificates and our rate, in writing.
Crew mobilises
One contact for timesheets and invoicing. If someone can't attend, we arrange cover from our network.
